Booking Procedure

  • Booking is on first come first serve basis.


  • Applicant(s) must fill and duly sign the application form.


  • Two passport size fresh photographs of applicant(s) must be affixed along with the application.


  • Copies of the computerized national identity card(s) of the applicant(s) should be attached.


  • Booking shall be considered valid only if booking amount, which is equivalent to 15% of the total sale price is deposited and realized along with the complete application, in the form of Pay Order/ Demand Draft in the name of "COUNTRY HOMES".


  • If for the purpose of booking a crossed cheque is submitted by the applicant(s), the confirmation of booking shall be subject to clearance of that cheque.
